Your mission is to :
- Optic design :
- Help you scientific customers (international physical research institutes) to define their project and their needs.
- Realize the optical calculation of the beamline.
- Help the product engineer in designing the beamline if it is necessary.
- Communication :
- You make posters in international conferences
- You write and publish technical articles.
You are PhD in a physical domain and you are internationally known and credible in this domain.
You have a strong experience in the world of particle accelerators and in designing beamlines. You have some good knowledge in electromagnetism. You are inquiring, autonomous, and pragmatic. You know the research environment and also understand the issues of an industrial company.
You necessarily speak French and English (speaking, listening, understanding).
The job is based in Vannes (Bretagne, France) and is an full-time job.
